People often ask me what I eat for lunch.  Well this is a sample of my latest passion….Salads!  This is made with mache (lamb’s lettuce), crumbled goat cheese, grapefruit, shallots, lime juice, olive oil, avocado, pepper and salt.  Absolutely delicious.  I could eat these all day every day!
